These prices are the vendor's list prices. The prices of the resellers may
differ from them.

Keep the following points in mind when comparing our prices with other vendors:
The development of the products takes a huge amount of development and time
resources since we devote great attention to a clean implementation.
The quality of our products (stability, performance, usability etc.) is much
higher in most cases, compared to other products.
All products are shipped with a reasonable online documentation.
For example, the online help of RadioControl is not only very comprehensive but
also mentions things that are not visible to the user at first glance (and that's
what an online help is for!).
All products are shipped with a comfortable setup application that only
requires minimum input from you and therefore allows an easy installation of
the product.
Our products are continously enhanced and maintained.
RadioControl updates are free within the same major version.
For example, if you have purchased RadioControl 1.0 and still have a valid license,
you will get the update to RadioControl 1.1, 1.2 etc. for free. In most cases, this arrangement is valid for optional device drivers and
plug-ins too. In fact, up to now, we have not charged a fee for any minor
version update of any optional device driver or plug-in!
The range of supported radios is continously extended. Also, existing device
drivers will be improved. The resultant device driver is available
at no additional cost in most cases. Only device drivers for certain
radio devices may require an additional purchase.
Free product support: All of our customers get support for the products
they purchased for free by e-mail. Also, one support request is allowed to be
made by telephone (which makes most sense for installation problems). In addition,
customers that have purchased a commercial license for our products
(e.g. governments or companies) generally get support by telephone for free
too4) and their support requests have a
higher priority. However, we generally handle all support requests within
24 hours (and even faster in most cases).
Finally, that ensures maintenance of current and development of new products.
